住了一個月 朋友在隔壁房間每天付的現金 前台讓她一次多付幾天 她付完前台非説她沒付 那天她人不舒服去醫院輸液回來 和前台説不舒服 晚一點和他説 前台就大罵她沒錢不要住酒店 滾出去 人家可是付了錢的 還要看他臉色 我們一人開了一間 我沒想到他居然罵我朋友説我們賴着不走 你家酒店鑲金邊了 我們是沒有付錢嗎 不是近方便些 我們才不住你那呢 果斷把下個月訂單取消了 免得被説賴着不走！住了一個月久換過一次被子 垃圾一次都沒收 洗漱用品全是自己買的 不止一個客户反應人一出門 他們就私自進人房間 被發現了 就説是怕消防來檢查 有一天我朋友從兵馬俑回來 大晚上的 門沒反鎖 被直接開進去了 把人家女孩子嚇的！此評論每一個字都屬實！大家避雷吧！

總體：這麼多年第一次寫差評非常糟糕的入住體驗衞生：房間老舊廁所非常臭沒有日常打掃衞生床單毛巾等就隨意堆在樓道櫃子裏服務：牙具洗髮膏沐浴露毛巾浴巾第二天也沒有整理更換拿兩條毛巾等了好久牙膏非常難用牙刷軟的都抓不住洗頭膏也完全不起沫洗了跟沒洗一樣那種方塊袋裝的洗頭膏甚至還倆人給我們一包風格：裝修簡單沒有什麼風格可言但是標準大床房是非常非常小的窗户和平台上圖片嚴重不符被子是一個非常薄的碎花單人夏涼被安全：也沒什麼好説的是舊房改造的房間在三樓一樓有前台隔音很差屋門是普通的卧室門和地面有間隙樓道説話清清楚楚晚上也漏光以及我入住兩天沒有看到任何的消防設施由於白天也不怎麼在屋裡待着，都在外面玩了，也就晚上回去睡個覺，為避免麻煩尋思忍一忍算了。沒想到，入住最後一天還非常碰巧遇上了賓館停電，2023年7月10號西安氣温已經高於40℃了在外面玩到九點左右回到賓館發現停電普通民房頂樓四十多度曬一天是什麼温度相比大家有住過頂樓的都懂完全沒有辦法在屋裡待着沒住過頂樓的誰又能氣温四十多度不開空調呢？並且酒店在停電之後也沒有任何的告知問詢是否當晚還繼續入住我當天沒有入住一分鐘，晚上回來發現停電，遂提出退房退款的要求（我甚至還主動提出“互相理解”退半款即可）酒店方認為我的“行李”住了整整一下午，不給我退一毛錢，最終由於第二天還要趕上午火車，就離開了酒店去別處住宿，沒有收到任何的【精神及語言及物質上的】道歉及補償，甚至在我離開時還言語威脅我和媳婦兒，稱是“法治社會”救了我們這些年輕人，要不然我都出不去酒店的門。老闆娘/房東情緒激動，非常難溝通，無法進行正常的交流，蠻不講理。最終我向平台反饋以上情況，當天晚上便得以退款（停電當日的）在此感謝平台，以及半夜十一點還在上班客服人員！以上內容百分之百真實沒有半點弄虛作假

設施很老，太冷了，一晚上凍死了，住的很不舒心，總之性價比不高！從不評論，這次評論是不想讓別人因為住宿影響遊玩心情，店家倒是熱情，但是房間真的很冷，空調吹着感覺不到熱，沒有熱水，洗澡就不要再想了
