Nalange Hotel (North Passenger Station Branch)

The bed was extremely hard. The window was messy and we heard all of the outside noises. The air condition flew cigarette smoke to the room. The water was leaking from the shower. The bedsheets and towels were also smelly due to the smoke.

Good location, next to the station and the metro station made it easy to get around and visit the sights, very pleasing.

HOTEL NOT FOUND: Reservamos para que, cuando llegáramos a Xian con el tren nocturno pudiéramos ducharnos y guardar las maletas alli. Intentamos contactar con el hotel para que nos explicara cómo llegar (ya que en los comentarios ponía que era complicado ) y nunca nos contestó. Cuando llegamos a la dirección que marcaba en la aplicación de Trip no había hotel Nalange. Preguntamos al portero del edificio y no sabía cual era el hotel. Preguntamos a dependientes de tiendas de alrededor y tampoco. Tuvimos que acabar yendo a otro hotel, que por supuesto tampoco sabían dónde estaba Nalange Hotel. Nunca se preocuparon de contactar con nosotros y preguntar por qué no habíamos hecho el check in de 2 habilitaciones. Igual es un hotel fantasma, pero por supuesto NO LO RECOMIENDO.

First of all non-smoking room... when you open the door you can feel awful smoke smell like there was 50 people smoking cigaretes inside. The room and the bathroom was not so clean, 3/5. The bed was extremely hard and not comfortable at all. It was quite hard to find the entrance to the hotel. You can but some water, tea and beer at the reception. Overall 4/10 .

Very close to the subway station and very clean. In a calm area.
