Special thanks to Doria Li, a very kind front desk agent, always smiling and helping others. As we arrived we got a nice gift from the hotel as we got upgraded room to VIP room, it was clean with beautiful view.

帶着寶寶孩子一起，一直覺得瑞斯麗酒店衞生不錯才選擇，但是晚上光線暗，早上發現桌子有煙灰，弄了孩子一身

這個酒店非常不錯，乾淨整潔舒適，性價比槓槓的，前台李娜和小寶服務非常好，早餐味道不錯視野很好很舒暢！沒想到退房有驚喜，給我了一個很實用的小禮包，裏面小狗非常可愛，查了某寶還沒有賣的！他們正在回饋用户，有小夥伴退房別扔了卡就跑哈！記得獲取這個小禮包，非常不錯！免費的！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

下午過來辦的入住，因為酒店因為在十字口所以交通也挺方便。前台小哥Justin服務態度很好，給升級了高樓層，並推薦了些附近特色的小吃、能走走逛逛的地方啥的。房間很大，入住體驗不錯，下次有空還會再過來住住！

前台Ada服務很貼心，最近西安天氣非常冷，一進門就幫我倒了杯熱水，感覺很温暖。禮賓小哥哥幫我拉了行李，送到了房間。退房的時候要打車趕去機場，因為我的手機卡不是國內的，沒辦法軟件叫車，Ada小姐姐主動幫我叫到車，並且和禮賓一起幫我行李送到了車上，還囑咐司機到了報平安給她，有被感動到呢

唐延路這家酒店有些非常低調。
晚上拖着疲憊的身體，在酒店遍地的唐延路街道中選中了自己覺得性價比高的大天瑞斯麗酒店，入住後，超出意料，房間的格局、和衞生程度非常滿意～～

酒店位置比較好，周邊餐飲較多，生活便捷。房間乾淨但是設施不是很新，特別是突來的高温，不能及時提供冷氣，房屋有窗但透氣性不好，很熱，對於這種酒店確實有些欠缺，夠不上五星級的服務標準。如果大床房挨着套房，對方房間説話聽的很清楚，總體感覺低於期待。

朋友在附近定了餐，為了方便隨便定了這家酒店，在一個商業中心裏面。入住時大堂工作人員全都愛搭不理，門卡破舊，梯控擺設，房間破破爛爛全是煙味。500塊錢的價格確實便宜，也就忍了。退房的時候，四五個電話一直催，問續房不續房。到樓下退房開發票，又説找不到訂單，耽誤了20多分鐘。我把前一天艾美酒店的發票給工作人員，兩個工作人員拍照後，説是電子發票，會發郵箱。我説把艾美酒店發票還我，倆人都説發郵箱，完全心不在焉，不僅僅是沒有服務意識，就是擺爛酒店。結果，發票税號全部抄錯，財務沒法報銷。現在審計嚴格，住宿發票必須和返程交通票據時間一致，酒店説補開發票讓我給財務解釋，但我們財務是不認可的。去年住了160多天酒店都沒有酒店能開錯發票，西安大天瑞斯麗酒店真的刷新下限，發票不用重開了，真實評論抵制垃圾酒店。
