Special thanks to Doria Li, a very kind front desk agent, always smiling and helping others. As we arrived we got a nice gift from the hotel as we got upgraded room to VIP room, it was clean with beautiful view.

I was sleeping at 4am and the TV suddenly turned on automatically. It was very loud and I was almost scared. After I turned it off, I heard that the TV in the next room was also on and the welcome music was very loud. There should be no one living next door so no one turned it off.
