酒店從文景路地鐵站出來，步行大概要走10到15分鐘，比想象中遠一點。辦理入住時應該是晚上十一點多，前台衹有一個值班人員，客人多的話辦理入住速度相對慢了點。但是還是希望加強人員培訓，最起碼有意識的觀察一下哪位客人是先來的。而不是誰搶着給你遞身份證就先幫誰辦理，在我辦理時，有位男士就想插我的隊，衹不過沒得逞而已，但是等在我後面的女士還是被那位男士插了隊，衹不過人家女士沒吱聲，這點體驗很差。辦理入住時有主動提示訂的房間沒有窗户，很好。房間內有噴空氣清新劑，而且每天打掃都有噴，打掃的阿姨做清潔也很認真很仔細。但是我入住時被罩有破洞，當即打電話給前台告知並要求更換，前台表示已無值班人員，無法更換，説記下了。但是第二天辦完事回來，發現被罩依舊沒有進行更換，而且整個床上用品的消毒水味道還是比較重的。酒店空調確實很給力，但是洗澡的熱水不怎麼樣，不太清楚酒店的熱水機制是哪一種，但是放水要放最起碼15分鐘才能達到熱水。酒店用的小米電視，可以看自己想追的劇，酒店外賣不可以上樓，需要自己下去取的。因為第二天要趕火車，前一天晚上和前台溝通開具發票，我的訂單金額是505，酒店系統顯示的也是505，但是開具發票時不知道為什麼給我開的504，後來當值小哥要給我重新開具，我因為要趕火車，就算了，雖然衹差了一塊錢，但是有時候公司核報的話是很麻煩的。開發票時不確定，可以與我溝通確認阿，但是沒有，自己擅作主張。還有就是離店時前台小哥索要好評，我也知道應該是領導要求這麼做的。但真的希望不要再這樣了，你們可以要求客户給予評價，但是請不要強行索要5星評價，讓人很反感，多做好服務比什麼都強。

本次西安親子出行，能入住鳳成七路格菲酒店很幸運，酒店設施很好、我們住的是淺顏色的裝修感覺很舒服、服務員熱情禮貌、早餐也很豐富，還有前台的小姐姐非常有耐心的幫助我們解決問題、非常感謝！

非常滿意，酒店就在路邊，打車方便，步行五六分鐘就可以到地鐵站，服務員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到，隔壁吃的也很多，感謝泡泡小姐姐升級房間，積極推薦！
