衞生：挺差的，蟲子超級多，不管是房間還是浴室，地板上被子上浴室淋雨間都是飛的小蟲子，雖然不咬人但是看着太噁心了，一邊洗澡那個蟲子就在皮膚上飛，睡覺的時候也是，床上還有前面住客身體某個部位的捲曲毛髮！非常確定是前面的住客不是我（因為本人已脱毛）
設施：電吹風用幾分鐘就會有發熱燒焦的味道。五一期間氣温高達38度，酒店沒有冷空調，一個房間發了一個20釐米左右大小的迷你電風扇，電風扇也非常臟，比吹風機上的灰塵還要多，你們至少拿出來之前擦一下吧！忘記拍照了！最諷刺的是酒店外牆的廣告竟然就是以乾淨作為賣點宣傳的！
服務：前台工作人員講話態度是很好的，但是在我反應了房間蟲子多這件事後並沒有什麼解決辦法。還有客房打掃竟然每天不添置用完的一次性消耗品，難道是因為我住了五天所以就怠慢一些？某一天抽紙盒用完了，我反應了該情況，結果過了一天還是沒有放！什麼棉簽，牙膏，茶包這些也是衹有兩天是提供的。
環境：我這個房型是所謂沒有明窗的，窗户是在一個類似環形天井裡麪，不知道為什麼那個窗户一打開就會有煙味，手機也沒辦法記錄味道，這個衹能算自己倒黴了。

交通非常方便，門口就是公交車，旁邊711，出門右拐走幾步路就是地鐵站，去美食街、鐘鼓樓和陝歷博都很方便。凌晨四點多到的西安站，六點就給辦了入住，還升了房型。
