It is so difficult to issue an invoice. They said I can just send it via WeChat. I added WeChat and reported the room number, and asked for an invoice but it was not approved. Failed both times!
I stayed there for three days this time, and I was really angry about the last part.

The room was satisfactory. The overall design was OK, but the room near the elevator was noisy. I asked for a change on the second night. Although it was improved, there was still noise. The midnight snack was satisfactory and the food was satisfactory. I could save two dinners. The breakfast was noisy because it was the May Day holiday, and the space was small. I couldn't eat well and wanted to leave. It would be perfect if there was a gym.
In addition, the hotel is in an office park. It would be inconvenient to go out and take a taxi when it rains. It's not so convenient to eat around. There is a food festival, but basically if you are a tourist or need a small gathering, the location here is not ideal. Starbucks was not open during the May Day holiday. It's great. We upgraded the room type for free and also got free breakfast. All the staff in the hotel are very nice. The air conditioning works very well. They also provide afternoon tea and midnight snacks every day. I will continue to stay here when I come to Xi'an in the future.
