先説結論：入住環境極臟、極差，服務人員角色扮演上帝。具體：一是入住房間床單被罩長久不換，床單上還存有之前住客頭髮（有圖），床單褶皺，白色床單上面有明顯發灰；二是房間窗子都壞了，也沒有窗紗，因關不上，晚上蚊子咬的壓根睡不着，且外面噪音隔不住，吵得很難入眠（因字數限制，見第二條評論）
