My stay at Nihao Hotel in Xi’an was a great experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming—they greeted me warmly every time I passed by and were always happy to help with directions or recommendations.
One small but memorable touch was the complimentary tea offered at the front desk. It was surprisingly good—fragrant, comforting, and a nice little ritual to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing.
A fun and modern surprise was the robot delivery service! I ordered food to my room, and not long after, a little robot rolled up to my door to deliver it. It was smooth, efficient, and honestly just really cool to experience.
Overall, Nihao Hotel offers a great mix of comfort, warm hospitality, and a bit of tech-savvy fun. I’d happily stay here again the next time I’m in Xi’an.

The quilt cover was dirty. It was too late so I didn't call the front desk. I slept on another bed. When I went to the bathroom, I found that the floor was full of hair. The front desk clerk who checked me in was like an uncle. He didn't have the quality that a hotel front desk should have. Overall, it was very poor and the management was very messy. I will definitely not go there again.

This is my second time coming to Xi'an to stay in this hotel. The decoration is high-end, the environment is very good, and there are many restaurants downstairs. I have stayed in so many hotels, but this is the only one I still book. It feels like home.
