When you registered your check-in information on the day, you were told that the check-out time was before 12 noon. But at 2 noon, you didn’t reply to the message you sent to me. At 12 noon the next day, I communicated with the customer service and said that I would reserve a room for the whole night for the guest. Why didn't the guest check in? Customer service said they would get back to me in an hour! Customer service called two hours later! The guest said he couldn’t find the hotel’s address last night? I communicated with customer service early and canceled the order for two nights! I asked customer service! Didn't your customer service call me about this customer's order? Customer service said no? Moreover, in our industry, mobile phones are open 24 hours a day! No customer even called me once! Confusing right and wrong and distorting facts! You asked the customer service to communicate with me and I will refund you the room fee for two nights for free. I only promised to refund you the room fee for the second night because I reserved the room for you for the whole night on the first night! The most serious thing is that you confuse black and white and distort the facts! You didn't check in at all! What basis do you have for saying my store is unclean!
