花灑是壞的，最後澡都沒洗成，沒有乾濕分離，地面的水到第二天還是濕漉漉沒法下腳。酒店的設施水平不如100元的標間，連一卷抽紙都不提供，衹有衞生間的一卷紙，房子外的環境臟亂差，和小區的人是混住的。入住我選擇的是離店付錢，半夜十二點一過就扣錢，春節期間漲價能理解，但是請你們別糊弄住客。來西安不下十次，住過的最糟糕的公寓旅館，不知道怎麼敢叫連鎖酒店。
和店家反饋問題，就是説派師傅去修，第一大半夜十二點我們不方便，第二作為酒店方你們不會做基本餓的檢查和確認嗎？第三除了維修你們酒店的工作人員全程衹用微信溝通，電話都不打，將心比心如果是你入住了一個淋浴花灑壞的，你的心情和體驗如何，你們是覺得維修好了就和你們沒關係了嗎？
最後，特別感謝攜程的工作人員，從頭到尾沒有任何推諉，積極溝通，並且給出了滿意的方案，店家全款收錢，到現在一個電話都沒給我，極其不負責任，請大家來到西安擦亮眼睛吧。
唯一一點讓我暖心的是接站的司機師傅還是挺熱情的，給你們點贊！

很不錯，還沒下車前台就打電話問是否需要接站，出門走幾步就到了車停的位置，到酒店就5分鐘吧，還是比較便捷的，早上還能送站，跟請個保鏢似的，根本不需要走路。點贊👍。建議酒店能配個小零食吃一下，從高鐵上下來很晚了，如果前台小姐姐再給我遞上一份暖心茶點，天吶，不敢想，那我肯定想多住一晚，哈哈😃

距離西安北站2公里左右，還可以接送站，很方便。前台幾個小美女很好很熱情，建議老闆給她們升職加薪加雞腿。

確實很滿意，還有高鐵站接送服務，不過感謝師傅，我摸了半天，我們倆説差了，我在地下一層，他在地上一層，讓師傅等了我20多分鐘，挺不好意思的，酒店旁邊就是小吃街，很方便，距離高鐵站也很近

第一次住，免費給升級了房型，早上趕飛機走的比較匆忙，身份證落在了酒店的桌子上忘了拿，到機場才發現，聯繫前台小姐姐不僅找到了證件，還幫忙叫了順豐快遞。

房間看起來是普通住宅改裝的，從一個入户門進去後，分兩個房間。房間很小。安全令人擔憂。門沒有安全扣，也不能從裏面上鎖。衹有一個把手。完全沒安全感😡。電熱水器供水。洗澡和馬桶洗簌台在一起，沒有任何格擋😓
衞生：房間內衞生還可以。樓道及電梯衞生極差。
優點：前台服務不錯，有車送到火車站。
總結一下：和宿舍差不多，一晚真不值300。華清宮那裡的漢庭比這房間好很多，這房間比漢庭低了好幾個級別，完全不在一個層次上
