免費接送，送的話要提前一天給前台説一下是幾點的高鐵，房間乾淨衞生，隔音很好，主要是便宜，性價比真的很高，以後在西安中轉還會選擇這裏٩（๑•̀ω•́๑）۶，

優點：
1.雖然在居民樓裏，但是房間內部的環境還是可以的，比較乾淨整潔。
2.樓下很多小吃攤和飯店，也有超市。
3.包接送，這價格還要啥自行車。
待改進：
1.房間沒有配備抽紙，問了前台説房間不配抽紙，但是妹妹還是拿了幾桶捲紙給我應急，服務到位 。
2.床旁邊的兩個雙控插座都是壞的，無法給手機充電。

酒店位置好，離西安北站特別近，還有接送服務，出行非常方便，周邊吃的也多，乾濕分離，設施齊全，服務枱美女服務態度特別好

房間是居民房改的，衞生差勁，沙發上不知名液體，搖搖欲墜的水龍頭，（拍了視頻但衹有3秒發不上來）最令人糟糕的是沒有熱水，凌晨2點多沒有，早上洗臉也沒有，我衹是想洗個澡而已，最過分的是，他説好評返10元，好評都是這樣買來的嗎？

説真的，除了前台姑娘的服務很好，其他的都不盡如人意。首先，環境是在一個居民樓裏，破舊的樓內，破舊的電梯。第二，衞生狀況，我們都是長髮女生，一進門桌子上就有短頭髮，翻開被子，被子裏也有一根，幸好帶了一次性床罩。當時如果不是快半夜12點了，真就換酒店了。第三，酒店介紹上説的是暖氣，結果暖氣片是涼的，全靠空調製熱。總之，如果是女生的話，感覺這個環境不太安全。

酒店離西安北站1公里多，很近，酒店還有接送站服務，整體很不錯，前台服務態度良好，問題是床邊的插座有點松，晚上充電充電頭鬆了沒充進去電，希望能修繕一下。
