Service is good despite checking in at late hour. There’s some construction around but it’s still ok. There’s a train station within 1 min walk from hotel.
Hotel entrance is a 1 min walk from the main road. And there’s a 24 hour convenient store next to the hotel.

Great service at both the reception and breakfast station. Heavy duty washing machine and dryers for clothes available. Train station is 3min away. Bed is comfy, good quality toiletries available. Do note when going to the hotel for the first time, there is no porch area, main door is a min walk from the carpark/main road

‘’遇見長安。遇見逸扉。。‘’
地點優越。出入方便。步行3分鐘到市圖書館地鐵站A口（2號線）。5個站到西安北高鐵。35分鐘打車至機場。超市/便利店/火鍋/湘菜館皆近在咫尺。酒店對面還有一家不錯的盲人按摩館。房間大/設施新。早餐環境幽雅舒適。唯獨餐點還有改進的空間。酒店員工訓練有素。尤其是前台經理/西西小妹與團隊都提供了高規格的禮賓服務。不愧為凱悦旗下的品牌。

房間很整潔，高檔，配套的設施都很有品味，第二次訂了，作為旅程的最後一天，特意選了離車站近的位置，可以多睡會兒。前台小姐姐特意給我們升級了房間，房間都有冰箱，夏天真的太實用了。樓下就是美食街，不管什麼時候來住，都可以在樓下找到吃的。不用走很遠的路。第二天退房的前台小姐姐，西西，很可愛。

親子游，入住了三晚，房間乾淨舒適，空調温度舒適，最重要的是乾淨！乾淨！乾淨！非常感謝前台接待戴眼鏡的小姐姐（很抱歉沒記住名字）升級了房型，服務很好！點贊！就在地鐵口，來西安住這裏地鐵也很方便，到哪兒都很近，性價比高！
