The front desk lady last night and the front desk lady this morning were very enthusiastic. We were given a free room upgrade. It was nice and quiet. The pillows were very comfortable to sleep on. The mattress was moderately soft and hard. The facilities and equipment were complete. The air conditioning and heating effect were good. The bath water temperature was comfortable. The shampoo was very fragrant. There were also small snacks and fruits for free. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Xi'an. The grilled beef skewers were affordable and delicious. I also went to the morning market today.
