管理服務很差！預訂時候詢問孩子一歲早上要吃蛋羹後廚能蒸不？ 説可以 才定的，到了早餐 讓服務員拿小童餐椅不拿 她就在那站五分鐘，我一個人抱娃無語至極，過去問 人家不回覆 説讓蒸蛋羹 蒸半小時還沒好 説蒸壞了 一個酒店連蛋羹都不會蒸！昨天詢問冷凍冰箱 説給娃放輔食肉，前台讓下樓 下樓一個人沒有。又上來，簡直無語。反正整個體驗非常差！帶娃很辛苦 説要延遲退房 也不行，總是就是各種不滿意。早餐問題多多，都是些什麼啊 半成品包子 等個現煮米粉，讓後面來的人拿走，無語了！管理混亂！一次黑！和別的酒店比差距太大，連三星酒店都不如 環境簡單。作為親子酒店處處不好！讓後廚給娃煮個牛肉都不願意。很差很差

服務很好（小敏和岳月），就在秦嶺野生動物園門口旁邊，吃過晚飯天黑了，走路完全不害怕，因為酒店斜對面就是派出所。給我升級了親子湖景房，寶寶很開心。擔心會很潮濕，完全多慮了。小童用品齊全。酒店大堂裏養着四衹金剛鸚鵡，下次帶着二寶來，還會再住。

挺好的，房間很乾凈，主要是孩子很喜歡 夜探動物園體驗感相當不錯🤑第二天白天去玩的時候，太陽比較大，三個人租了個電動車就很舒服 因為很多館頭一晚看過，就有選擇性的遊玩

房間非常乾淨整潔，洗手枱是雙人的還有一個大浴缸可以泡澡。小朋友非常喜歡，入住也比較安靜。服務也很好。唯一不好的一點是住的那間房不知道是不是空調有問題，温度調了很多次但一晚上都很熱，因為熱一晚上沒太睡好。
