服務態度挺好，大床房2米寬對於帶寶寶的親子家庭很友好。早餐品類中規中矩。
衞生一般，香薰瓶已經發黴了。隔音不好，隔壁小孩子説話聲清清楚楚。
1號來西安，2號去參加婚禮，本來還定了三號四號回來繼續住，看了環境後取消了三四號的訂單

一般很少評價，但是這家酒店給我印象很深刻，我比較喜歡中式風格所以一走進這個酒店房間，我就被驚艷到了！紅木傢俱真的是太高大上了吧，再加上柔軟的地毯一下檔次就提升了不少。房間非常寬敞，一點都不擁擠，非常乾淨整潔，看得出酒店在衞生方面是下了大功夫的。前台的服務態度也超級好，這次的入住體驗還是很滿意的。

在網上訂的舒適大床，問了前台有更大的房間沒，前台説有一間豪華大床，補了差價，一打開門，媽呀這那是大床房，明顯是小套間麼，私隱很好！房間衞生特別乾淨，窗户向陽很大，同事住我對面，羨慕我的很。😃服務態度很好，因為來西京醫院開會，要攝像，需要屏風，服務人員直接給送房間。有求必應，環境跟設施有圖有真相，也是對比很多家酒店最後選擇了他家，性價很高。8160記住你了。

在忙碌的生活中，找到一家如此滿意的酒店實屬不易。西商國際花園酒店，讓我感受到了前所未有的舒適與便利！首先，酒店的位置交通十分便利，緊鄰地鐵站，距離西京醫院也很近，對於我這種看病的人來説，真的是很方便。同時，酒店還提供免費停車場，對於自駕的朋友們來説，無疑是最大的福音，走進房間，瞬間被大床的舒適度所吸引！大床真的很大，睡上去感覺就像躺在雲朵裏☁，一夜好夢到天明。而且房間也比較寬敞，完全不會感到侷促。衞生方面也做得相當到位，乾淨整潔的環境讓人住得放心、舒心。酒店的服務人員也特別熱情周到，每一個細節都體現出他們對客人的尊重和關心。總的來説，我感覺我很喜歡這個酒店，在這裏，你能感受到家一般的温暖和舒適。推薦給每一位旅途中的朋友們！不要錯過哦！

到西安出差提前在網上做了攻略，看到這家的裝修風格不錯，還擔心踩雷，但是到酒店後發現真的很值，因為一些原因前台給免費升級豪華雙床，房間面積很大靠近花園這邊，可以看到到花園但是忘了拍照，太陽可以照進房間，就感覺很敞亮，衞生也很乾凈，服務態度特別好，熱情的我都有點不好意思[偷笑]，設施比較完善，環境也挺好，下次來還會選你家。住的很舒服[呲牙]

首先要特別誇一下這裏工作人員的服務，從辦理入住到退房，全程服務都特別貼心。每個細節都讓人感受到賓至如歸的温暖，真正做到了以客人為本。房間裏的設施傢俱都是紅木材質，一下子提升 了整個空間的品質感。在這樣的環境中休息，讓人感覺非常舒適放鬆。床品真的超級舒服，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭高度也剛剛好。一覺睡到天亮，醒來時感覺整個人都神清氣爽。瞌睡蟲都被趕走了！酒店環境很雅緻，就是有一些奢華，哈哈，總之這次住宿體驗讓我非常滿意。
