酒店位置很好，周邊有大型超市，還有廣場、公園、博物館。樓下有各種餐食便利店，生活很方便。公寓房間寬敞，裝修大方，乾淨衞生。房內有電磁爐，桌子，對有需要簡單煮食的客人也較方便。電熱水器有出水自動斷電裝置，保證了洗浴安全。酒店還有自助洗衣房。連住了6天，感覺挺好的。
