第一次到西安旅遊鼓樓周邊的酒店太多太多，和孩子商量最終選擇這個酒店，入住酒店後真的沒選錯太值了，酒店就在鐘樓旁邊，出行方便，離地鐵口和公交車站都很近，房間温馨舒適，有豐富的自助早餐，晚上也很安靜，空調製熱也不錯，洗浴設施也很全，前台接待員也很熱情，每次進門就問好，都會不耐其煩的回答一個外地遊客所提的問題，還有免費停車位，樓下也都是便利店小飯館，買東西非常方便，性價比非常不錯，非常喜歡，下次再來西安一定住這個酒店

本次來西安旅遊選擇的這家酒店，他們家的地理位置在市中心，去哪邊都很方便，還有漢服體驗，總共有十套漢服，早餐是自助餐，味道也不錯，前台小姐姐的服務態度也很好，熱情好客，前台在房量充足的情況下還給免費升級房型，本次入住體驗特別好，值得推薦，如果下次來西安首選他們家

位置很方便，靠近鐘樓。
酒店也特別的乾淨，服務人員的態度也超級好，我們是早上6點多到的，然後前台小姐姐超級熱心給我們鏡子，讓我們坐在大堂化粧。下次來還會選擇這裏的。喜歡

設施：吹風機是插電的個人覺得很好，比那種不能移動的好用太多，哈哈哈，吹頭髮挺快的，其他的還有的都有吧，沒什麼特別的

房間普通 服務還是很好 設施惱火 房間結構硬傷 我住的311房間 窗外就是緊急疏散樓道 意思是隨時有人可以通過窗口進入我的房間 其次是第二天早上9:30洗澡 沒熱水 也是醉了

我們是臨時起意來西安，上飛機前聯繫酒店接機服務，就很省心，下機後我將手機打開就有司機及時聯繫了我很方便，酒店的工作人員的服務態度也很好，不管是接電話還是在辦入住期間都很有耐心，酒店還有漢服體驗很不錯，衞生也很乾凈值得推薦

在杉麗酒店這邊住了4天 酒店房間的話不用插卡 有什麼事情直接叫小度就可以解決啦 非常方便 前台萱萱和依依小姐姐服務熱情~ 離店還給我們開具了發票[呲牙]真的強推這家，相比近鄰鐘樓的酒店他家地理位置我更喜歡。在春節旅遊旺季打車也很方便。走路去鐘樓很方便，溜達一會就能到~乾淨衞生，早餐，下午茶下午3點到晚上10點，滿足不同時間段的住客需求~

地理位置比較好，周邊吃飯的地方和交通都方便。出門走一點就是地鐵站,很方便!旁邊還有公交車站,到景點商圈都超便利退房時還可以寄存行李,性價比高服務熱情周到，很親切，服務很細緻，打掃房間的阿姨很熱心，不錯很好
