The hotel is one of the bad as it is best to price but the room are very bad I can’t even sleep and go to another hotel the owner refused to refund me the stairs are very small and washroom is very bad

まず宿泊施設に行くと、予約していた部屋は他の客が長居してるからという理由で別部屋に案内されました。追加料金を支払いシャワー付きの部屋にしました。シャワーの排水管が壊れており、部屋中水浸しになりました。
