Beautiful five star fixtures and bedding. Coffee a bonus. Just beware of room sizes as my room would have been small if i had two large cases.

Good place, clean. But staff extremely cold and not cooperative at all. For example, I have asked where was the Laundry, I checked all the floor I didn’t find. Very upset, they show show me.. it was a door glass outdoor, like to go to terrasse but with big lock on it -_- how I’m supposed to know that I have to remove it ! Also they get upset to come with me as they was unable to activate my badge for use elevator ..

1、酒店這條街餐飲店多，凌晨關了窗户還是吵，但能忍；
2、推開衞生間門，空氣中夾雜一股淡淡的尿騷味，開始以為是馬桶的，也沒在意。但當準備洗澡推開浴室門，濃濃的尿騷味撲面而來，差點當場暈倒，捏着鼻子，用水沖了好久才沒什麼味，也可能是鼻子薰麻木了！（嚴重懷疑上個客人入住後，根本沒有清潔浴室）
3、吹風筒不知道哪個客人留下來的牙膏漬，洗手枱的池子黑黑的印子，水壺裡殘留水漬，+乳白色未知漂浮物，根本不敢用，其他問題，像拖鞋上的頭髮，空調顯示塵滿……懶得吐槽了！

房間很小很逼仄，一米五的床附近衹有不到半米的國道，前台服務態度很差，攜程的升房權益不兑現（明確升房，不是視房態升房），到房間內發現未兑現，重新找前台遭白眼，最終勉強升房，房間衞生如圖，房間隔音極差，別人講話像趴我耳朵邊放聲聊天，下午一點左右噪聲如視頻，持續約半小時，應該是隔壁打掃衞生，隔音可見一斑。考慮到昨天前台態度，懶得找前台換房，還是換一個地方住吧！
