春節期間入住，偶遇秦嶺下雪，本來是件愉快的事情，但入住體驗一般：
1、房間的房型和環境挺好的，但衞生不行，隨手用紙巾擦了下桌子，紙巾上就有橙色的東西，應該是上一家在桌子上吃過水果後，店家沒有打擾乾淨。另外，廁所沒清理乾淨，廁所板連接處有尿液的痕跡。
2、午餐在店吃的，老闆很認真給我介紹菜單，我很開心，其中給我介紹了一道一雞兩吃的菜式，價格是68一斤熬湯和78一斤紅燒。我承認我一個城裡人對雞的重量存在偏見，沒想店家給了我們一衹8斤多重的雞，重量是跟我一起入住的朋友（他不知道一斤的價格）説的，最後一道菜下來是六百多。
3、晚上下雪天我們開車外出，朋友車在雪地打滑，回來跟老闆説了這事，老闆告訴我們讓我們沒經驗雪天別亂跑，最後靠我們自己向路人求助得救了，他們繼續打麻將聊天。當然，不怪老闆，這確實跟老闆沒關係。
4、入住前已諮詢客服，朱雀森林公園是否需要提前購票，因為市區的景點很火爆都需要提前購買，客服説不用。果然，朱雀森林公園是淡季，整個公園也就零星幾家人在遊玩，纜車也沒開。當然，這事也不能怪老闆，畢竟我也沒具體問當下是否適合遊玩，人家也沒義務告訴你。衹是，既然周邊如此冷淡，民宿的一千以上的房間價格就過高了吧？

民宿的環境是OK的，在那一帶算是環境比較好的，畢竟價格也是貴，過年溢價很嚴重。而且是在附近唯一的景區朱雀森林公園停止運營的情況下，周圍什麼玩的都沒有，不明白為什麼那麼貴！衞生做得一般的感覺，可能過年人手不夠。服務嘛，也是一般，不熱情不主動。

房間落地窗超級大，可以看到山景！感覺把大自然裝進房間裏一樣！後山的紅豆杉挺不錯的綠茵茵的！
服務：老闆很和氣，比較熱情好客。
環境：環境很贊，空氣非常好。
衞生：院子衞生很乾凈，很自然。
設施：茶室非常棒，松林，小溪 ，竹林盡收眼底；還有餐廳和客房，院子很大，應有盡有，可以滿足吃住玩。
