看照片位置在路邊其實在路邊公寓樓上10樓，沒看見民宿的招牌，在舊公寓樓內環境不算好，退不了房衹能勉強住，缺乏安全感和衞生要求高的需考慮，房間設施有些陳舊衞生一般，床鋪換過還算乾淨，離鐘樓、地鐵都很近，城牆坐地鐵也很近，附近餐館多、味道也好很便利。

民宿位置很好，離鐘樓鼓樓很近，離回民街也很近，樓下吃飯的店很多，早餐不用愁，定的二居室，兩張大床，空間寬敞，因為不沿街，晚上睡覺很安靜，缺點是裝修有點舊，一扇房間門關不了，窗台的窗户槽裏和房間門縫裡有很多煙蒂，感覺保潔很久沒有打掃那裡了，總的來説馬馬虎虎，一分價錢一分貨。

優點：老闆服務態度還行，房間地段較好，公寓出口步行50米就到鐘樓地鐵口，去哪兒都比較方便。
缺點：1.房間設施比較老舊。熱水器是很老式的那種。辦理了入住手續後，老闆才説熱水器需要預熱，一個人洗完澡後大概要等30分鐘，下一個人洗才是熱水。看到這個消息的時候瞬間整個人都不好了。還好，我們一家三口洗澡用水量不大，所以一個洗完下一個人接着洗也不是很冷的水。2.房間設備太簡單。除了2張床，就衹有一個牀頭櫃，一張桌子，2張硬椅子（最簡單的辦公椅那種，而且椅子邊爛了，邊角料已經翹了起來，稍不注意就會劃傷腿），一個簡易晾衣架，一個燒水壺，2個水杯，沒了。3.服務不在線。第一天晚上沒有礦泉水和浴帽。以為不提供礦泉水，但是浴帽應該有吧。第二天專門給老闆説了，請保潔打掃衞生的時候放2個浴帽，老闆説了好。結果晚上回來的時候還是沒有浴帽，倒是放了3瓶礦泉水，也重新拿了一包紙巾（一元錢一包那種小的）。垃圾袋換了，地沒掃（因為地上還有頭髮）。第三天，前兩天都沒有浴帽，第三天也不想説了……所以還是沒有浴帽，紙巾也沒換。地不曉得掃沒掃，就拿了3瓶礦泉水，換了垃圾袋。總結：這是我這麼多年住的性價比最低的民宿。

酒店位置很好，樓下就是地鐵站，離鼓樓和鐘樓也很近，衞生也是OK的，每天都有阿姨打掃，拖鞋，瓶裝水，牙刷牙膏給的都很足，前台小姐姐消息總是很快回復。
