Location: Located on the main pedestrian shopping street in the middle of Xi’an, you’re 300m away from Zhonglou Metro Station on Line 2. If you’re arriving by high speed rail, this gives you a direct transfer from Xi’an North Railway Station. Service: Staff were friendly and proactive. On our second day the elevator was out of order, but fixed within a few hours. And when we requested a room with an enclosed shower, we were upgraded to a larger room free of charge. Cleanliness: No issues to report. Amenities: Everything you’d expect for the price.

位置很好，在高鐵站直接2號線到鐘樓站F出口，出來直走，到商業街盡頭，樓下那家餐廳東西還可以，然後門口斜對面的廣場那裡有便利店和瑞幸，步行去打卡點拍照也不遠，最重要是很乾凈，帶着倆孩子，用濕紙巾擦了所有桌面沒有一點灰，連廁所換氣扇都是乾淨的，設施舊了點，但是乾淨我真的很滿意，點贊打掃房間的員工。在某團也訂了一晚，評價是一樣的

帶着孩子到店給我們免費升級房間 工作人員很熱情 房間衞生還可以 如果能確定住幾天房 就要定幾天 不然續房的價格是比之前預訂了貴喔 假期能預訂啥都好的是不容易的 酒店值得推薦

酒店在騾馬市步行街，徑直400米左右是鐘樓地鐵，轉角就是鐘樓景點。去碑林博物館、西安城牆都非常方便。市口非常好。 酒店硬件設施就太一般了，陳舊、沒有餐廳，前台得用公共電梯上三樓，客房四樓以上。最糟糕的是，進電梯前還有幾節樓梯，對有大件行李箱的旅客非常不友好。 酒店服務人員非常客氣，服務到位，我預訂的家庭房，還繼續幫我升級。
