前台小姐姐熱情，酒店距離地鐵很方便，辦理入住很貼心的主動介紹早餐，前台還提供新鮮的水果，很不錯，酒店有洗衣房、健身房，設施很齊全，房間衞生乾淨。早餐不管是品種還是口味都非常棒。退房的時候前台主動詢問入住感受，必須點贊，以後來西安就住在家了，特別舒服的一家酒店。
