The hotel has a great location, close to the Bell Tower and the city wall. The room was spacious, clean. Hot water, heating and wifi worked without problems. Breakfast had a sufficient selection.
However, it was disappointing for us that the hotel refused us a transfer from the airport to the hotel, even though it was included in the room price. They said that we don't speak Chinese! We travel a lot in China and this happened to us for the first time. We communicate with other hotels via Wechat and a translator and there has never been a problem. We just had to write where we would wait for the car, or the driver could have waited for us in the arrivals hall with our name. There are many options, but the hotel refused everything. Our son-in-law, who is Chinese (he was not on the trip with us), communicated with the hotel staff in Chinese, he told them the day before our flight number and the time of our arrival, but despite this, the hotel refused to provide a transfer from the airport! They argued that we had to be able to communicate with the driver in Chinese. So we took a taxi to the hotel, even though the transfer was included in the room price. No one apologized to us after our arrival. We expected the hotel to provide us with a free transfer to the airport instead. They took us to the airport, but we had to pay for the transfer.

Very good location near City Wall and 钟楼.
Lots of food choices around this area
Reception are very friendly and help us pack breakfast for our early morning tour

Super easy to get around to attractions like the Muslim Street, City Wall, Defu Lane and more. Didi was easy to book too.
Room was really spacious, and breakfast buffet selection was good. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The location is quite convenient!!! Almost literally right next to one of the gate walls! It’s also not in bad position for restaurants, activities or landmarks; I would recommend walking, but if not just calling a didi on the APP works! The hotel itself had a good variety of food selections and staff was quite accommodating for any issues that you may have (I arrived 2 weeks after finishing my cancer treatments -don’t do this, rest lol- so my diet was a bit stricter than what other people have. My favourite was the little robot that would bring water or any amenities my mom or I needed. The room I booked was a two-bed, that had a nice view of some older buildings and the sunrise (I personally enjoy sunrises), with no smoke smell and a VERY comfortable bed to sleep in. All-in-all, I would recommend this 8/10

Great hotel, good customer service where staff greet customers when walking in and out, and room is clean. Only issue is staff needs to enforce no smoking policy and many customers still smoke in the hall way or lobby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for our Xi An trip. The location is perfect—just a short walk from some tourist spots and train stations, which made sightseeing so convenient. They partner with a travel agency that arranged a day tour to Hua Shan for us. Highly recommend to use their tour (can contact agent 赵女士 from 中超旅行社) to Hua Shan, as ticket booking can be challenging for foreigners.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, but what really made my experience exceptional was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The front desk team was incredibly helpful in providing directions and local recommendations, and one of the staff, 张彤 even assisted with my train ticket booking last minute. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive.

Very nice hotel but the ladies at the reception are even nicer!! The service level is awesome and the communication with translations via the fun was so funny. We really had a good time in this hotel I can recommend this to everyone!! I have loved it 😍

We had a fantastic time. Traveling with 2 kids under 10 and not speaking Chinese can be challenging but the staff were very helpful and gave lots of advice around how to navigate the metro and where to get the girls dressed up in traditional Chinese clothing. We ended up extending our stay by another night. Very convenient location.
