Xian Qiyu Hotel

My room number : 207 The Room is big, excellent location very close to the metro station. A walkable distance to the Bell tower & Drum Tower. Many halal restaurants & supermarket. Reception people don’t know English, can’t speak it or understand it. & they can’t help you with any inquiries. It was very hard to communicate, but in the end they gave me a magmatic as a souvenir gift. The room doesn’t have a refrigerator or a safety box, but honestly, the place feels very safe — you can leave your belongings without worrying. However, I think the bathtub needs to be cleaned more thoroughly after each guest, especially the floor under the bathtub. I think this Hotel is for +18 Adults, because of the sounds & noise that is coming from the next rooms. Keep in your mind that the Hotel name is Smart Hotel. Overall the experience was incredible & I would love to stay here again 😇. One more thing it would be great if you add ( bath bubble bumps ) to the room, not only durex with extra payment.

The room is very spacious, cozy and clean. The location of the hotel is not too far from the Drum tower, the shopping store , and Hui Min walking street which you can find many things to eat. The staff is really nice. If I have a chance to travel Xi’an again, I’m sure I will choose this place to stay. Really impressive.

In the beginning I planed to just stay at this hotel for just 1 night but after I checked in, I keep extending my stay for 4 nights 😆 Location is excellent. The hotel locates in an alley so it’s quiet but still close to tourist attractions like the South Gate. Staff is very friendly, kind and helpful though they barely speak English so it was a bit struggle for me on the first day. But we used translation apps to communicate so it was not a big problem. To the hotel staff: Thank you very much again Xiaoting & Zhengxin & the guy who made me Whiskey sour and gave me the magnet (so sorry I don’t know your name) - forgive me if I wrote your names incorrectly 😅 Free laundry, free tea & coffee (machine coffee, not instant one🤭) is a BIG plus. They also sell classic cocktails and I had two really nice Whiskey sour at a very affordable price of 35 yuan per glass 🤩 The hotel has a small dog name Dun Dun. Another big plus for those who love dogs In general, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much and I would recommend all of my friends to stay there if they visit Xian

Location lovely, lobby is great, receptionist lovely too. Room did not look like the pictures, also its super rundown and old- needs renovation. The stairs were not mopped once during my 3 night stay

Clean, large room size. The service here is excellent! The staff were very helpful in receiving my packages and kept me updated throughout. They also offer free self laundry, which made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended
