房間設計的很好，温泉水冷熱可以自行調節，特別人性化，酒店古香古色的，淡淡的木香味讓人很安心，管家小徐特別貼心，因為帶長者孩子一起，她把我們能想到想不到的都做到了，很愉快的一次住宿，出酒店就是白鹿倉景區，裏面吃喝玩樂一條龍，很好，都是保存下來很有年代感的老街，東西感覺物美價廉，人都很熱情，商業化不嚴重。住一晚孩子們都沒玩夠，如果下次有機會來西安，一定還住大槐樹，酒店整體環境給人感覺心裏很平靜，很安寧，特別舒適。
