The sanitation is really bad. The room smells like a sewer. The room does not provide drip coffee, the mineral water in the guest room is not Atour ** water, and there are no small biscuits in the refrigerator. I called the front desk and they said that the room type we booked does not provide these. I want to say that you are unwilling to provide them in order to save costs. I don’t know if Atour Group supports you so much. I also want to complain about Atour’s night snacks. Next time, please taste them before serving them. The millet porridge is sour, but I still have to praise the cold dishes. It is still okay. When we checked out the next morning, Atour’s cold brewed tea was not provided. We asked and were told that the room type we booked does not provide it. Another manager on duty said that we had to wait and go to the warehouse to get it. You can imagine how many guests have been cheated by you. You have an Atour sign but did not provide Atour’s service. You didn’t even have the most basic greetings. This is the most unsatisfactory Atour hotel I have ever stayed in.
