We were not allowed to go to the imperial mausoleum, but to the underground palace that required a fee. The whole tour took less than an hour and a half, and half of the time was spent shopping. He took us to buy books, jade, and clay figurines, but there was no humanistic history that should be mentioned. To mention a few, I think the village woman didn’t have much ink. If she said more, she would be wrong, so she just didn’t say anything. 3. We reported this fact to Ctrip, but the other party insisted that they were official staff. We hoped that the other party would provide proof of their employment, but they could not. 4. We did not ask for financial compensation, because financial compensation cannot compensate for the mental loss. We flew thousands of miles, put the most important Terracotta Warriors at the end, endured the conditions of limited accommodation, food and transportation, and lived next to the scenic spot. The result was recommended to us. A village woman who couldn't speak Mandarin took us shopping, wasting my and my child's precious time. Maybe it was easy to fool us because we were a woman with a child. 4. Ctrip took the initiative to give us 100 red envelopes, but we refused. We did not mention financial issues. I think the hotel did a particularly bad job in this regard, which will have an impact on the reputation of the hotel and the reputation of Xi'an's tourism industry. Let us send the book back, and then refund the book fee to us from the room fee. I really don’t know what to think. 5. The breakfast cooked in the hotel is very homely and good. 6.
