酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的。
還有燃氣灶，冰箱和洗衣機在房間裏供使用，比較便捷和齊全，如果是常住的話還是很方便。我用電腦看了視頻也挺好，網速也很快。

電腦都是網吧淘汰下來的，無核顯，一打開遊戲顯卡就斷電，重啟，機器別看3070，不是礦卡就是水洗卡，入住半小時，電腦玩不了遊戲，店家拒絕溝通，不退款不換房，平台客服給出的解決方案是讓出去換一家，這家不退款不處理，客服踢皮球，接線員冒充投訴主管，平台不作為+商家不講理，所有的通話記錄和相關訊息已取證並提交消協工商和政務投訴，圖片就衹給你們看看設備，衞生很臟，床上有頭髮，沙發上有**，如果內容不屬實，我明天出門就挨撞。

間很乾凈，重點是可以可玩遊戲，速度很快，一點也不卡頓，特別適合喜歡玩遊戲的朋友們!房間很大很整潔，設施完善！店裡工作人員的服務態度讓人滿意，前台24小時全天在線，有什麼問題都能夠及時處理。還可以在住之前提前讓前台把要玩兒的遊戲提前安裝好，整個酒店的氛圍真的很好。

酒店位置不錯，比較好找 酒店的電腦配置都很好，打遊戲很快 有問題和前台講，解決的速度也很快，態度很好 相對其他的電競酒店開始，衞生做的很好 被子什麼的都很乾凈，不會有亂七八糟的味道 挺適合和朋友一起來打遊戲，隔音很好，比較安靜

酒店停車方便，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房問隔音挺好，不影響睡眠。網速也可以不卡，推薦酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，離景區大唐不夜城近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的。酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，入住和離店都很順利。有需要和問題也會第一時間及時解決，推薦推薦

衞生間下水道反味嚴重，連住四天中間打掃了一次，把我需要的東西全乎丟掉了，我自己帶的洗臉巾也給丟了，兩大一小把我們三把牙刷和我自帶的杯子也丟了，衹給補了2把牙刷，毛巾浴巾直接給你補了一個人的，丟了兩個人的。第四天早上讓孩子去拿梳子水和牙刷，居然説我們馬上要退房了，不給。我們住了四個晚上，中間衹給了一次東西，按道理這些東西你都得每天都給補一次，紙巾也是，都要問，問了還不給。300一晚上，真的比較冤枉，可能看我們是外地來旅遊的，能省就省吧。訂的電競和影音的房間，電影一直看不了，網絡連接不上，第三天孩子就要看，叫了前台的人來弄了半天，説叫我投屏算了，我手機拿過去投屏也搞不了，最後啥也沒得看，還比沒有影音的房間貴，特別失望！
