The hotel is not far from the railway station. The environment is really good. From the decoration of the door to the interior design, it feels very Chinese style. The service attitude of the front desk is also very good. There is also a tea room in the lobby. The feeling of elegance. The room area is also large, and there is a separate tea bar. 酒店位置很好，出門轉彎就是五路口地鐵站，房間寬敞，全屋智能語音控制。
大廳有免費的漢服可租借，付按金還可以穿出酒店（粧造需另預約付費）
送了早餐券，每天還有晚安水果，深夜還可以免費吃一碗嗓子麪（23點前）
小馮很熱心，走的時候還送了很多小禮物，總的來説是非常滿意的一次入住，會推薦給朋友。

房間整體是中式裝修風格和現代智能語音相結合的 離鐘鼓樓 回民街還有其他景點都非常近 旁邊就是地鐵站 交通出行方便 前台王知音服務態度超級好 我丟了東西 前台工作人員拾金不昧 幫我完整的保留好 並且主動聯繫我 我非常感激 酒店房間非常漂亮 不但有免費的宵夜和早餐 還有歡迎水果和晚安奶 我入住非常滿意 酒店對面就是萬達廣場和小吃街 酒店位於城區 是各位來西安遊玩的朋友的不錯的選擇 我已經把酒店安利給了我的朋友們 非常期待下次入住

酒店入住期間特別滿意👍酒店還有免費的漢服可以體驗。酒店地理位置也很好，出門就是地鐵口去各大景區都特別方便房間裏的設施設備也很齊全啊，女士的護膚用品都是提前準備好的，還有護膚面膜，每個房間還有一個小冰箱，冰箱裏麪還有進口的食品。工作人員小馮和小音服務也很好。

酒店的服務非常好，非常感謝酒店免費提供輪椅，讓我奶奶有機會能方便出行。我們住了三晚，酒店設施非常齊全，洗漱護理用品一應俱全，連卸粧油都有。酒店還提供免費洗衣，有次洗衣機正在使用，酒店工作人員主動説幫我們洗好送來，讓我們不用等。酒店智能系統小包很智能，小朋友和小包玩了很久，還能機器人送快遞，是個很新穎的體驗。酒店位置也很好，離鐘鼓樓，城牆都不遠，出門就是地鐵，交通便利。酒店的早餐很豐富，還提供免費的夜宵，是要養胖我們的節奏啊～
總體來説是個非常不錯的選擇。
