酒店離火車站不遠，環境真的不錯，從門頭裝修到內部設計都感覺具有很濃的中國風，前台的服務態度也非常棒，大廳還有茶室，漢服，寫毛筆字，特別有文人雅士的感覺。房間面積也大，還有獨立的茶吧枱，點上沉香後泡一杯茶真的太讓人安逸了。值得推薦！

酒店房間很智能，來西安旅遊看網上説的挺好來的，果然來到沒有失望，前台服務人員態度都很好，盡最大可能滿足客人的要求，特別提一下前台小馮和佳佳服務很棒。酒店還有免費的洗衣房免費停車都很方便車位也很多。總體很滿意，下次入住還會選擇這裏！

酒店位置挺好的，去鐘鼓樓回民街都很方便，酒店還有免費的漢服可以穿，和酒店的風格很搭配，拍的照片還可以支持打印照片，非常不錯。另外酒店的房間設施很智能，刷臉開門就不用房卡。前台還有準備的特製的酸梅湯，小馮的服務很周到，退房的時候還給我用積分兑換了禮品。總體很滿意

房間裝修很有特點，也比較大氣。服務人員態度也很好，很貼心，整體都是智能化服務。有天早上趕早要出去遊玩，服務前台貼心給配備了早餐。洗護用品都很高端，還送零食飲料，前面住的是另一家酒店，房間比較逼仄，後來果斷的選擇了這一家，離地鐵口非常近，出行很方便。入住後驚喜不斷。

第一次來西安地址的Ai未來酒店，前台小音姐姐很温柔也很細心。入住時告知了很多注意事項，退房時也送了很多小禮物。這家酒店非常的科技化，機器人很可愛～
