住了4天，第一天去的時候窗户關不上，換了一間房，晚上11點多一個大嬸子拎着枕頭敲門説是你要枕頭嗎？我説不是，然後又説我沒交租金，我在攜程訂的我能沒交嗎？？第二天下午回去刷不開門，前台説要中午12點刷一下門卡但是從來沒告訴我，我上去還得下來，第三天睡醒了跳閘了整個酒店沒電了，第四天晚上12點前台打電話問是我要牙刷嗎？根本不是我要的，誰要的服務你們弄不清嗎？？？你們服務員轉臉忘是嗎

280一間的房子，門鎖反鎖是壞的，衞生間把手是壞的........熱水很小，晚上有蚊子卻要不來電蚊香。打前台電話衹有一個男服務：客房服務下班啦、電蚊香沒有、解決不了！。沒辦法衹能穿好衣服自己買了一整盒。

酒店房間設施陳舊，床單被罩毛巾看上去很臟，不敢用，洗漱用品也挺差勁，服務人員態度還行，不過有攜程擔保盡然還要收按金就有點不理解了
