The hotel has robots, which is very cute. The delivery at the front desk is very timely and must be praised. The decoration style is very good, the rooms are also very clean, the staff are smiling and the service is very warm, in short, it is a very nice experience, highly recommended!

一言難盡的酒店。
一家三口過來入住，需要加床被子，從中午入住告知到晚上9點，打了三個電話，才把被子送過來。但一會發現光被芯沒被套，於是又打電話到前台，但前台明顯是不想管了，還真是，過了半小時沒送被套過來。我也是沒辦法，就打了攜程求助。真行，很快客房部經理親自過來，還端着一盤水果和小禮物過來，左一個抱歉，右一個對不起，還立馬去隔壁沒人住的房間直接抱一床被子過來，我也真是服了，早幹嘛去了？這裏感謝攜程方的幫助。
還有就是，既然是三人間，酒店就放了一個牀頭櫃，這是啥情況？手機杯子都要放地上或者桌子上。
最後就是售後的問題，27號離店到今天，為什麼我申情的發票，一直不給我開？
補充一下，酒店早餐是真的差，完全夠不上四星，也就快捷酒店標準。
希望接受這個差評，認真把服務做到位。

首先酒店環境、衞生、房間都很滿意，唯獨不建議開車的住這裏，這個地下車庫特別窄，而且是多個酒店共用，保安一根筋，這不讓停那不讓停的，我的車是小型車，可以參考一下這個車位有多窄

酒店的裝修非常精美，特別是大堂和房間，讓人感到非常舒適和放鬆。酒店的服務也非常周到，小娟總是微笑着問候我們，讓我們感到非常親切和温暖，房間的設施也很不錯，還可以投屏，衞生間是乾濕分離的，每天的早餐都不一樣，很不錯，很有性價比👍

酒店大廳挺安靜的，一進門前台服務員就很熱情問好，在辦理入住時小魯還幫我倒了一杯酸梅湯，服務真的太暖心了。還告知我有免費的洗衣房和健身房，也提醒我開車離開酒店需要在前台掃碼，真的很用心了。房間也很大很乾凈，體驗感很棒的。
