酒店有機器人，很可愛啊，前台送物很及時，必須好評，裝修風格很不錯，房間也很乾凈，工作人員都是微笑服務，很熱情，總之，是一次非常nice 的體驗，強烈推薦！

一言難盡的酒店。
一家三口過來入住，需要加床被子，從中午入住告知到晚上9點，打了三個電話，才把被子送過來。但一會發現光被芯沒被套，於是又打電話到前台，但前台明顯是不想管了，還真是，過了半小時沒送被套過來。我也是沒辦法，就打了攜程求助。真行，很快客房部經理親自過來，還端着一盤水果和小禮物過來，左一個抱歉，右一個對不起，還立馬去隔壁沒人住的房間直接抱一床被子過來，我也真是服了，早幹嘛去了？這裏感謝攜程方的幫助。
還有就是，既然是三人間，酒店就放了一個牀頭櫃，這是啥情況？手機杯子都要放地上或者桌子上。
最後就是售後的問題，27號離店到今天，為什麼我申情的發票，一直不給我開？
補充一下，酒店早餐是真的差，完全夠不上四星，也就快捷酒店標準。
希望接受這個差評，認真把服務做到位。

首先酒店環境、衞生、房間都很滿意，唯獨不建議開車的住這裏，這個地下車庫特別窄，而且是多個酒店共用，保安一根筋，這不讓停那不讓停的，我的車是小型車，可以參考一下這個車位有多窄

酒店的裝修非常精美，特別是大堂和房間，讓人感到非常舒適和放鬆。酒店的服務也非常周到，小娟總是微笑着問候我們，讓我們感到非常親切和温暖，房間的設施也很不錯，還可以投屏，衞生間是乾濕分離的，每天的早餐都不一樣，很不錯，很有性價比👍

酒店大廳挺安靜的，一進門前台服務員就很熱情問好，在辦理入住時小魯還幫我倒了一杯酸梅湯，服務真的太暖心了。還告知我有免費的洗衣房和健身房，也提醒我開車離開酒店需要在前台掃碼，真的很用心了。房間也很大很乾凈，體驗感很棒的。
