房子位置好臨街門面，樓下小吃超市都有，對面就有直達火車站的公交站牌，房間也收拾得很乾凈，老闆人很好待人和善可親。在這周邊絕對是物超所值的，下次出差還會來的。

來西安玩了幾天，這是我住過同價位最最最滿意的房間，設備不能説是最新的，一定是最乾淨的，1.8米的大床，衞生間空間也很大，很乾凈，老闆和老闆娘人特別熱情，他們自己打掃衞生，很負責任。我要掛衣服，老闆讓我掛到外面的繩子上，有太陽，容易幹，又要了兩個衣架，老闆給我拿了三個。由於我還在住，房間我就自己打掃，垃圾剛拿出門，老闆就讓我放門口，他們弄，服務很好，真的很棒。這個價位，服務各方面這麼好，值得住，也真心祝願老闆生意興隆，身體健康。

房子地理位置優越，房間打掃的乾乾淨淨的，窗户也比較大雙層玻璃隔音效果好，樓下超市小吃一應俱全，出行也非常的方便，物有所值，以後出差還會來的。
