🚗 Transportation: The transportation is very convenient and parking is free. Just park in the underground garage of City Cube, check out and ask the front desk for a parking ticket~

房間被褥有陳年污漬，將就着入住，結果退房時反咬一口説我們把被單弄臟了。
但凡長眼的人都能清晰看出來是經年污漬，竟然説入住弄臟的，要污染費，真真是****，作為酒店行業，沾染經年污漬的褥單都不換新，遇着問題先不自省直接找顧客的問題，在我令其自省後，可能意識到自己的問題了，什麼話都沒説然後直接把我聯繫方式拉黑，你們這酒店服務真真是槓槓的噁心人

這是我住過隔音和周邊環境最差的連鎖酒店，我本人從來不住靠馬路的房子，因為我的工作性質天天出差，靠馬路很影響休息和第二天的狀態，在這裏辦理入住的時候直接給我選擇了一間靠馬路的九樓房間，並且告訴我這個房間很大，很安靜，衹有傍晚的時候有大媽在下面跳廣場舞，我信了，我就同意了，入住後根本沒有人跳廣場舞，沒想到22：30過後倒黴的事情發生了，這個酒店斜對過是一個工地，馬路上的拉土車3分鐘一趟，噪音巨大無比，窗户關了也一樣，根本不起作用，而且是一整晚連軸轉的那種，目測是在挖地基運輸土，估計得持續很久，我想問問這樣子的環境讓顧客怎麼住呢？再一個就是窗户根本起不到隔音的作用，紗窗也很破往進鑽蚊子，而且酒店沒有給客户提供蚊香，需要自己問酒店要才有。一整晚沒有睡着，既然做的是酒店，要照顧到客户的體驗，以上是我的真實感受，比較好的兩點我要説一下，第一：晚班的前台工作人員小姐姐和安保大叔態度是非常不錯的很優秀，就算去到別處的酒店工作也招客人喜歡，車子可以去地下停車場免費停車。第二：店長的態度非常好，認同顧客抱怨，也及時去解決問題，別我也不多説了，就這樣吧。
