Good hotel location near subway station, the staff are kind and responsive (some doesn't speak English but they are very helpful when used a translator).
The hotel is a bit dated, the air conditioning system has dust, but the cleaness of the room itself is good.
Breakfast is very good, a few options for westerns.

We really loved the location because of proximity to the subway and the Muslim Quarter. We walked there almost every day to enjoy different snacks and meals. The laundry facilities were also much appreciated as the weather was hot and humid and we needed to wash our clothes every day. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Xi'an.

Location is very good, as one can easily reach the hotel by metro/subway (150m walking distance) from the train stations and from airport. Restaurants, shops, sightseeing, everything is in easy walking distance. The hotel is not one of the newly opened Atour, and it shows, unfortunately. Still, the room was comfortable, very clean and everything worked as it should. Definitely good value for money. Worth mentioning is the breakfast buffet, which provides the known great Atour choice, we enjoyed it every morning.

We were recommended to book Atour hotels for our stay In Xi’an. We did and were pleased that we did. The hotel strives to provide the best services in all aspects. Not only the location is good, staff were helpful and the products they used were all of premium quality. They even have an Atour market for you to buy their products.

Atour never disappoints - this was our first visit to Xi'an and this hotel is perfectly situated within the Old City Walls with access to the metro and within a 15-minute walk to the Muslim Quarter. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here or with Atour as they have a number of hotels across the city.

雲冪，星堯服務好！房間非常大，乾淨衞生!地理位置也很好，裏面有超市!從前台到客房，都很有禮貌，衞生搞的很乾凈!主要是還有性價比高，衞生間也很大!很舒服!不會踩雷，出門地鐵周邊吃住非常方便，酒店升級房間，點外賣機器人會給送到房間非常滿意，值得推薦!下次繼續住!
