Everything was really nice, especially the hotel staff from the reception that helped me out a lot. The breakfast was good, but the free soup and coffee was really appreciated.

We had a very good, comfortable stay! The staff were friendly and nice when offering us soup upon arrival. We also liked the mineral water at the hotel. The room was spacious and had all the needed amenities.
Also when I recalled that I forgot my belongings in the room , the hotel was so nice to offer me to take it from the reception once I have a free time!
Also the hotel was so nice to give us a present!
I already recommended it to my friends and we will definitely rebook this perfect stay!

雙人漢服體驗（不含粧造）:沒體驗
建議：酒店的設施衞生實在配不上服務 改進所提的東西可以與華住會的全季桔子水晶媲美了
服務：服務配得上攜程顯示的定位 這麼好的服務竟然沒有手提袋 説不過去 第一天給我辦入職的前台非常好
環境：環境還算便利
設施：設施真的不太行 水壓真的非常小 熱水太燙 沒有冷水 馬桶坐上去直接沖水不衞生
衞生：衞生一言難盡 如圖所示 希望改進吧

酒店位置位於市中心地段，離小寨賽格都比較近，外出購物非常的方便，房間的床很軟，很舒服，有免費礦泉水，前台服務非常的熱情，一樓大廳的咖啡機喝咖啡非常的方便，去鐘樓也不遠。晚上還有晚間甜湯非常不錯

酒店位置便利，小姐姐服務好，臨走送了小東西很可愛。床墊彈性好，翻身不吵人，鴨絨枕頭軟得像棉花，房間也安靜，空調沒噪音，晚上睡得特踏實，住得太舒服了。

西安很不錯，就是這幾天太熱了。不過酒店很舒適。酒店房間床墊貼合身體，鴨絨枕頭枕着脖子不酸，早上起來渾身舒服。房間裏乾乾淨淨，樓下還有便利店，很方便，周邊是咖啡街區，有很多飯店，都很不錯。

實際體驗感很差！同行的一致認為 以後都不會選擇這家。看了酒店的評價及價位，覺得應該差不了，但實際入住過程中 體驗感很差。不知道是不是酒店自己刷好評賺取的4.8分評價 還是什麼，建議大家慎重選擇。1，酒店設備裏寫明瞭有停車場，實際上是晚上到店辦入住 停車場沒位置，問訊前台告知無空位 需自行找路邊停車位 次日8點前 可以停進去，前提還是如果有車出去！懶得折騰了 8點起來再沒有車位 連懶覺都沒了！然後第二天 酒店門口車位11點退房取車，我們自己付費28元！2，辦理入住，給我房卡的時候，一張紙條上面寫着房號，什麼標準？連房卡套都沒有嗎？如此潦草？！3，辦完入住 一樓電梯按鍵無反應無燈光顯示，電梯口一堆客人和幾個送外賣的 圍城一團，叫前台，前台三個女生 全程跟自言自語一樣，完全沒有先考慮疏導客流的意思，好一會兒也不知道是老員工還是什麼 輕飄飄來一句 不行帶他們走後麪電梯吧，還是不緊不慢的，然後正當所有人跟着準備換電梯去 結果又説電梯顯示往下走了 不用按 到一樓應該能停，然後就一堆人繼續等。無語。3，房間面積確實不大，燈光是那種非要幾種燈串一起操作，想單獨留個床頭一個燈都難，不知道設計是出於什麼考慮！4，退房前洗完頭 要用吹風機，按入住時提醒長按三秒後，嘗試多次 確定吹風機壞了 聯繫前台，幫忙送吹風機，結果前後兩次打電話，還是沒人送 就是濕着頭髮等，出於無奈開門看見樓道是有布草車兩輛 説明樓層是有客房服務員的，搞不懂為什麼半天送不到。因為趕時間 看隔壁客人退房 房間敞開，敲門後進去自己拿了吹風機回房間吹乾！等客房服務員來了 也不需要了，十五分鐘後送到，開門還問我一句 吹風機壞了嗎？沒壞我聯繫前台兩次幹嘛…，就沒搭理。5，訂房顯示會有什麼兩份晚安湯，我晚上九點多辦的入住，上樓坐電梯看見有兩名酒店工作人員送湯的，結果到退房也沒見什麼甜湯，不知道前台送甜湯的標準是什麼？！。6，浴室地板既然選擇光面的地磚 客房更應該在打掃時將地面拖洗乾淨，也不致於進去光腳踩上面整個人都不好了 ！明顯地磚就是滑的膩的，有潔癖的人估計會瘋，長者小孩再不注意更會滑倒！可能是最高樓層吧 也不清楚其他樓層，水壓小到我洗個澡都着急的那種。總之就是，體驗感很差！同等價位比，我寧願選擇管理標準化統一化的連鎖酒店 更有保障！
