陝西賓館面積很大，園林景觀精緻，入住18號樓服務非常用心，拼好了床阿姨又用吸塵器清潔了地毯，拿了充足的礦泉水和其他物品，房間贈送了小零食。服務員小馬很熱情，主動詢問入住體驗。入住期間遺失了手鏈，管理人員耐心負責幫助我們找回來。聽説這裡是去年中亞峯會的接待場地之一，不愧為陝西國賓館。

五一假日期間連住了三晚，入住的是12號樓，整個賓館 環境：絕對0K，小橋流水，綠水成蔭，非常優美的一個生態養生公園。客房整潔，房間寬敞。賓館服務員的服務態度也非常熱情、禮貌待人。特別是A區6樓的服務員值得表揚，服務規範，熱情周到。入住當天還送上了非常可口的迎賓水果。

環境贊爆了，天然氧吧，表揚一下3號上午的禮賓小哥，不知道名字，衹知道他剛來不久，但是帶我們雨中參觀了一下賓館，十分敬業認真，給小朋友留下了非常好的印象，特別讓我來寫一下表揚信，前台餐廳印象也很不錯，有個小姑娘一直跑來跑去加熱水，餐廳裏豆腐花攤的大姐也很耐心的給我解釋怎麼個吃法，讓人感覺很被包容，下次還會來。
