Was a decent place to stay, shops and restaurants nearby, can walk to the metro station. Clean, AC worked, shower was hot.
No laundry service, asked where we could find one they told us to check the app, asked which app they said they don't know. Made 0 effort to help us.
Holes in the bed sheets, look like they were made by cigarettes in the non smoking rooms.
Some type of bugs in the bathroom.
People in the hallways are very loud.
Room card was taped together looked pretty damaged.

Location is very convenient. Very close from the station. The room is very big actually. Only it is sometimes smels smokey but not too bothering.

The room was exceptionally clean, with daily housekeeping provided during my two-day stay. The receptionist offered excellent service—she kindly helped arrange a courier to deliver my belongings to my next hotel after I accidentally left them in the room. I truly appreciate her assistance.

The hygiene is very poor. There is dust on the table and bedside table. The toilet is super smelly. There is a real smell when you lift the toilet lid. I forgot to close the bathroom door when I went to bed at night and was woken up by the fumes at 5 o'clock in the morning. I reported it to the hotel afterwards, but they did not offer any compensation and rejected my application.
