The room is nice and big for the price. It is located outside of the old town in a nice local-feeling area. 15 min walk to the subway but close to many buses and easy to call cabs. The free breakfast was tasty

I had a nice time at the hotel for a quick layover. The location was great, an easy walk to the airport line. The shower / toilet were in the same room so it got a bit wet. Also the heat never seemed to come on so the room was about 17 degrees.

Nice stay in great hotel
Good breakfast, however wasn't provided with any of the services which was pointed during buying the stay, haven't been asking for them though but thought they will offer tea experience by themselves

The staff were soo kind and helpful. The room were soo quite and big. Shame for the smell of sigarette everywhere but the experience In this hotel was great.

Staff was friendly and vey helpful considering us foreigners being first time in China and needed help/assistance few times :)
Hotel's location is close to the metro station which gives great accessibility to the whole city.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Because it was raining when we arrived at the hotel, the hot tea and towel offered was greatly appreciated. Front desk even escorted us to the room, giving us a quick briefing of the various amenities in the room. They were very efficient in answering any queries we have. It was also very clean. A very pleasant stay.
A reminder for guests taking the metro to get to the hotel… metro exit closest to the hotel does not have escalators to ground level. Exits do not always have both up and down escalators. We struggled a bit with our luggage, even though it was not super heavy.
The location of the hotel is very good if taking the metro to various sights.

It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, especially based on a price.
Very kind and helpfull staff, clean rooms, a lot of space. Laundry room, small fitnes, good chinese style breakfast buffet.
Location is nice and i simply loved all of it.

Stayed in Xian 2 nights and really loved the hotel!. The room is spaceous, with sofa, desk and even projector. Location is 10 mins to subway and 20 to old town. The best is the staff - very friendly and helpful!
The only little advice: please, have some western cutlery, not all foreigners are skilled with chopsticks🙈

Was near the North gate entrance of the city wall and also near a metro stop. But a little far from the main sites downtown.
