酒店太老，環境還可以，服務態度太差了，前台接待的一個經理特別蠻橫，服務態度極差，睡到半夜空調不製冷，被熱醒了，一直熱的沒睡着

出差過來的，酒店整體不錯，前台服務態度特別好，很熱情，耐心的幫我解決各種問題，房間衞生也比較乾淨，唯一不足的是設施設備很陳舊，停車要收費，不過停到地面上可以領個優惠券，整體感覺不錯

酒店前台服務態度真是垃圾的很，退房時間也比一般酒店早，裏面的設施也很老舊，真是配不上這個價錢，跟前幾天住的金沙酒店比起來人家的環境和服務比這裏好很多

床太潮，空調太陳舊，温度調最低還是熱，衞生間窗簾拉不住，停車收費，一小時三塊，晚上將近十二點入住到第二天中午一點收費42，進入酒店停車後下來全是私人公寓住宿的託，停車場環境真的是臟亂差，入住時服務員全程無笑臉，去西安N多次，住這個酒店也是第三次了，這次的體驗是最差的一次，希望能改進一下。鑽級評價不會，不知道選哪個，隨便點的。個人意見，拒絕回訪。
