設施很差，隔音效果很差，衞生條件很差，剛進房間一股煙味，床沒有打掃，知道睡的時候才發現被子下面還是上一個住户留下的毛髮，因為當晚是跨年，換或退不現實，將就住了一晚，直接第二天後背起疹子，望避坑！

隔音效果很差，衞生條件很差，剛進屋裡一股煙味，床頭沒有打掃，一股煙味，大清早就被走廊走路吵鬧聲音吵醒，隔壁房間洗澡水嘩嘩流，非常不隔音，要求換房因為入住時間較晚，沒有房間可換！升級房間加費！

這次的西安旅行非常愉快，首先説一下酒店，地方好找，服務非常值得稱讚👍 ，員工們熱情友好，真的是讓人有一種賓至如歸的感覺。酒店的設施也很完備，房間衞生乾淨整潔，入住體驗非常好。我們住的是時尚雙床房，安靜舒適不吵，通風很好，早上陽光照進來，暖洋洋的。而且價格也很合適，真的是物美價廉。其次我們去了非常著名的景點兵馬俑，真的很震撼。還有西安城牆，真的是非常愉快的一次入住體驗和旅行體驗。點贊西安。
