因為在景點耽擱了時間，很晚凌晨一點多到達，傍晚的時候酒店來電話問過是否入住，回覆了會過去會晚一點，讓預留車位。抵達的時候已經凌晨一點多了，辦理入住的時候前台介紹是沒有窗户的房間，説實在話啊，根本就沒有注意看到那個在最後面“無窗户”幾個小字，到房間才看到有短訊息，意思是酒店不入住不允許退房。再看手機發現房間沒有信號，其實遇到之前電話詢問過是不是按照介紹的時間重新裝修過，接電話的介紹衞生間的重新翻修，更換了空調和牆紙，這個房間空調的管子是走的明管，地面上有煙頭燙的很多點點，前面不知道什麼時候擺放了禁煙提示，地面是很多煙頭燙點，牆上沒有壁紙，有黃斑，不像工作人員説的那樣啊，想沖個熱水澡緩解一下疲勞，衞生間淋浴兩個噴頭水流不大，這個翻修淋浴噴頭換不換無所謂，堵住的噴頭口是需要清理清洗的，水流實在是太小了，工作人員可以試試啊，衞生間衹放了一塊浴巾，因為洗漱用品毛巾都自己帶了，早上馬路對面小吃很多，生煎包店裡鹹豆腐腦好吃，另外一家現炸油條味道不錯的

房間水壓低，花灑都不怎麼出水，洗個澡，洗個頭泡沫都沖不乾淨！。熱水器調節水温也費勁，感覺一般的賓館這些淋設施都比這個好。電視也看不了。這是在西安旅遊住的最差的酒店了。唯一就前台服務還比較熱情。

酒店入住體驗感覺不錯，對面有小吃街樓下可以免費停車，天氣熱，還有免費冰鎮礦泉水，主要前台服務態度不錯，非常熱情，值得入住，強烈推薦
