I was immediately impressed by the excellent service as soon as I stepped into the hotel. The staff greeted me warmly, made me feel welcome, and ensured my check-in was smooth and efficient. They even went out of their way to help carry my luggage to my room, which allowed me to focus on taking care of my kids. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic time during our stay, especially enjoying the indoor hot spring in our room – it was such a relaxing experience. The only downside was that we didn’t get to try the outdoor hot spring due to the rain, which is a bit of a missed opportunity. Hopefully, we’ll get to experience that next time. Overall, the hotel provided an unforgettable and relaxing stay!

Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is clean. Hotpot is quite nice. Only 2 peacock are pitiful indeed.

The check-in experience was very good. The check-in process was very fast, and their housekeeper service was very unique. This time, I would like to thank our housekeeper for responding to our needs quickly, communicating happily, and getting along well, which made this hot spring trip very smooth. I hope she will come again next time. This time I chose the Yuehua room type, which is relatively spacious. Their sulfur hot spring water is very comfortable, the temperature can be maintained for a long time, and you can also heat it yourself. Their meals are also very good. The hot pot we ordered is really great and unique, and it is worth recommending 👍
