交通便利，離大雁塔，鐘樓，還有大唐不夜城都不遠，距離西安交大也很近，房間很乾凈是一個不錯的住處，房東人也很好，提前會發定位和找房間的指導視頻配的文字，介紹周圍的特色小吃，總之，很贊！

房間温馨，乾淨整潔，房間的窗户框玻璃都擦的乾乾淨淨，好棒！住這裡有回家的感覺，房東也很貼心隨問隨答，房間有旅遊攻略出行線路很方便我們遊客，旅遊能住一個舒服的房間遇見一個好房東是旅行的首要條件，住這裏附近吃飯也方便，去大雁塔，鐘樓都不遠坐車大約10分鐘就到，步行可以到古城牆西安交大，大力推薦！

民宿開在小區裏，樓下就有很多商鋪，是老居民區生活很便利，小區出門走路5分鐘就能到西交大。
房間也很寬敞通風，窗户也有紗窗

設施：兩張1.5米的床 睡一家四口還可以。房間不是很大。設施一般吧 有電視 洗衣機 灶具 可以做飯 但是我沒有用。 捲紙啥的沒有賓館備的多，這些我們是自備的。我們還自己帶了拖鞋。但是房東很貼心的給買了兩雙新的。
環境：小區環境很好，很安靜，感覺很安全。不像賓館那樣亂。就在西交大附近，都是小區，吃飯很方便。就是整個西安停車大都不免費。
服務：房東的服務很好 ，隨時有問題都能找到她。
衞生：一般，廁所有些反味兒。不過總體還好。
畢竟價錢很低。

不知道為什麼刷出來五分好評，體驗感真的太差了，進不了門禁，密碼鎖搞半天，物品的清潔衞生問題等等，反正各種難受，性價比（賣四百真的太不值得了）完全沒有，一句話，讓我最失望的一次入住體驗。
