🌟設施：滿分用心，體驗感拉滿
民宿的設施太戳我了！投影幕布直接安排在牆上，窩在床上就能看大片，簡直是私人影院既視感；房間裏的傢俱設計感十足，那把綠色單人椅坐上去特別舒服，還有那個帶金色邊框的圓形鏡子，拍照超出片。衞浴區域的黑盆設計很有格調，用品也很精緻，住起來便利又有品質感。
🧹衞生：一塵不染，細節見真章
進門就感覺特別乾淨，地面的瓷磚亮得能反光，床品、沙發這些地方摸上去都是乾乾淨淨的，沒有一絲灰塵。衞浴的角落、垃圾桶旁邊也都收拾得很整潔，能看出來店家在衞生清潔上是下了真功夫的，住着特別安心。
🌿環境：風格獨特，氛圍感絕絕子
整體環境是那種很有格調的簡約風，配色高級又温馨。拱形門洞、金屬燈具這些設計細節很有藝術感，把卧室和其他區域劃分開，卻又不顯得突兀，空間利用得特別巧妙。待在裏面就覺得很放鬆，像在自己家一樣舒適，又比家裡多了份精緻感。
💁服務：貼心周到，隱形卻滿分
雖然沒見到店員，但從入住到退房的體驗都很順暢，能感受到背後的服務很到位。設施的維護、衞生的保持，每一處都能體現出店家的用心，這種“隱形”卻處處周到的服務，真的很加分！

環境好:房間設計各處很有氛圍，很多有西安特色的裝飾設計。在酒店牆上可以看到景點攻略，省時省心。管家也很貼心，很多生活必需品都有準備。

被芯上面有血跡，大小大概有兩個瓶蓋那麼大。
客服回覆的原話如下：親，實在不好意思 ，那給您換一個被芯吧。 一般是定期清洗的， 剛問了客房阿姨她説沒有注意到，我們檢查衞生的時候也是看新換的床單被套有沒有洗不掉的印跡 沒有翻開看裏面。態度還行，但感覺仍然在找藉口，換被套的時候難道看不到被芯上面的血跡，
