After I entered the hotel, they told me to cancel and book another room without breakfast. If not, don't tell me it includes breakfast. Then we were on the 5th floor, and the elevator obviously couldn't go to the 5th floor. A cleaning lady made a mess, so we had to run up and down. The trash cans were not emptied of trash bags. It was a disappointing stay. 😇
