哇哦，這家酒店的服務真的非常好，入住期間碰到的所有問題都會及時來給解決，酒店還有健身房和洗衣房供大家使用，非常方便，酒店的地理位置非常便利，周圍有很多商店和餐館可以選擇。而且交通也很方便，附近有地鐵站和公交站。這對遊客來説非常方便，就在回民街，鐘鼓樓附近，走路幾分鐘就能到達。可以更好地探索這座城市。非常值得推薦的一家酒店。*^O^*

開始定了三天的，住進來第一天，確認了非常安靜衞生，交通方便，前台接待熱情，然後毫不猶豫再續訂兩天。五一前價格划算，二百多一間，兩個一米五床的三百不到一點，還是值得購買的。這幾天對西安人印象非常好，西安旅遊誠信安全，明碼標價，旅遊團也非常正規，值得信賴

酒店離鐘樓和回民街都很近，房間很大，需要什麼東西給前台打電話都會有，客房阿姨也很熱情，會主動問我們需要什麼，酒店還自帶停車場，出遊超級方便!

1.房間裝修殘留異味重，裝修衞生殘留沒處理乾淨
2.下水管返味，異味重
3.空調風口異響大，睡眠質量不好的不推薦
5.樓層太矮，住的很壓抑
6.吹風機是假戴森！！
7.衞生打掃不乾淨
8.重點來了，酒店不捨得開空調！第一天到店時間太晚就沒追究，第二天早上晚上太熱已經下樓和前台反饋了，依舊不開空調，我行我素。找個老大爺隨便按兩個開關，告訴我已經開了，糊弄**。白天快30度的天氣，7樓晚間温度仍然很高，室內25-26度。第三天白天總算捨得開了，明顯温度不一樣
9.知道我是攜程用户，離店前企圖取消訂單給我打折，不好意思，你們早點幹嘛去了，解決問題要講究實效性，不要做表面功夫

這賓館長在犄角旮旯的地方，幾次打車最後一段路沒有一個出租車司機願意送我進去，拿着行李也靠自己走，離地鐵車站鐘樓還有好多路，吃的也不方便，最近的是老年人食堂，旁邊是手機維修一條街，離回民街有1.2公里，不能算近！裝修那個粗躁，空調開一晚上也沒下來一度，如果大夏天難以想象！就打掃阿姨態度還好，前天台都沒笑臉！
